Registration Fees Virtual AIM2021
Registration through PaperPlaza (direct link: https://ras.papercept.net/registration will be available on 01.05.2021) is mandatory for all conference and workshop participants.
Virtual conference registrations include access to technical sessions, any virtual societal events at the conference, and the conference e-proceedings.
Final Manuscript Upload:
IEEE/ASME Member/Nonmember registrations entitle the attendee to upload up to two final manuscripts of accepted papers. Additional uploads (beyond 2) can be purchased at 200 USD per upload. If a final submission exceeds 6 pages, you must first update the final submission information and then complete payment of the excess page charges through your PaperPlaza registration account. Students may use the IEEE/ASME Member/Nonmember registration categories if they are the sole registering author of an accepted paper/poster.
Final Poster Upload:
All poster submissions required to have at least one author registered at the full IEEE/ASME Member/Nonmember or Nonauthor Attendee rates. Attendees with IEEE/ASME Member/Nonmember registrations may upload up to two final manuscripts of accepted papers or posters. Nonauthor Attendee registrations entitle the attendee to upload one final poster. Additional poster uploads (beyond 1) can be purchased at 200 USD per upload.

The registration will have a flat-rate fee as listed below.
IEEE/ASME Member/Nonmember registrations entitle the attendees to upload 2 final papers/posters, while Nonauthor Attendee registrations allow for 1 final poster upload. Conference observers not uploading final papers may use the Nonauthor Attendee registration.

Cancellation Policy
- To cancel your registration, please notify the Registration Chair (seyoung.yoon@ieee.org) in writing.
- If your registration was used to upload a paper, poster or student competition, then it cannot be cancelled even if the paper were withdrawn.
- Refunds will be made if the cancellation of the conference registration occurs by June 10, 2021, with an administration cost of USD 100. No refunds can be provided for cancellations after June 10.
- All refunds will be issued within 30 days after the conference.
